  • Before Course Access: If you request a refund within 7 days of purchase and before accessing any course materials, you will be eligible for a full refund.
  • Within 30 Days of Course Access: If you request a refund within 30 days of accessing the course materials, you may be eligible for a partial refund. To be eligible, you must have completed less than 25% of the course and provide a valid reason for your request.
  • Technical Issues: If you experience technical issues that prevent you from accessing course materials and our support team is unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe, you may be eligible for a refund.

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

3. Submit Your Request: Ensure that your request is submitted within the refund eligibility period outlined above.

Refund Method: Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable:

  • Courses with Completed Materials: Courses where more than 25% of the materials have been accessed.
  • Special Offers and Discounts: Any courses purchased with special offers, discounts, or promotional pricing may not be eligible for a refund.
